Pea Puffer / Dwarf Pufferfish (Carinotetraodon Travancoricus)

Description

One of, if not the smallest puffer in the world, dwarf pufferfish max out at 1.25 inches.
They can be kept in groups but it is suggested to have about 3 gallons of water space per fish in densely planted aquariums.
A carnivore which should be fed mainly live and frozen worms, small inverts and small snails as like most puffers they do have a beak-like teeth to keep sharp.
Not a great community fish as it is a known nipper so choose tank mates with care.
