Description
Mango plecos are omnivores and will mainly graze on algae and biofilm in the aquarium but will also readily accept meaty foods such as frozen blood worms.
Mango plecos also tolerate the warmer waters better than most plecos and do best around 80F in well oxygenated aquariums.
This beautiful pleco can reach sizes of up to 8″ and is a relatively peaceful pleco.
