We are only able to ship piranhas to states where their possession is legal. If you place an order to a state where piranhas are banned or restricted, your order will be canceled and a processing fee will be applied.

Michigan, New Hampshire, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Wisconsin.
Ohio allows piranhas at the state level, but some cities and counties prohibit them. It is your responsibility to ensure they are legal in your local area before ordering.
❌ We cannot ship piranhas to the following states due to legal restrictions:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and any restricted areas within Ohio.
